Change agents without losing control.
ChangeGate versions, tests and approves every change to your production AI agents — prompt, model, tools, permissions and storage — before it ships.
Between the change and production.
ChangeGate does not host or run your agents. It sits between a pull request and production: every change to an agent's configuration is diffed, checked for new risk and approved before it ships — and every release is recorded on an audit timeline.
Every change is treated like a software release.
Your production agents change constantly — a prompt edit, a new tool, or a broader permission set ships straight into production. ChangeGate answers the four questions every change must answer:
- What was changed on the agent?
- What new risks does this introduce?
- Who approved it?
- Can we roll back immediately?
If any of these has no answer, the change does not go out.
An auditable release process for agent changes.
For teams running five or more production agents — platform, security and AI teams that need an auditable release process rather than another agent platform.
Agent register
Every agent is registered with an owner and its stated purpose.
GitHub diff
Agent configuration changes appear as versioned diffs in GitHub.
Regression tests
Changes are tested against recorded runs of earlier agent versions.
Risk detection
New tools and permissions are flagged before they reach production.
Approval workflow
Critical changes route through a mandatory approval step.
Release timeline & rollback
Every release is recorded on a timeline and can be rolled back.
Start where your stack is.
Open Source CLI
Core diff, regression test and rollback workflow.
Cloud
Managed approval workflows, shared agent register, EU-hosted infrastructure.
Enterprise
Self-hosted with EU data residency, deployed in your own infrastructure.
Agent Control Review
A paid engagement to assess and structure how your organization governs agent changes.
Questions, answered.
What is ChangeGate?
ChangeGate treats every change to a production AI agent — prompt, model, tools, permissions, storage — as a software release that is diffed, tested, approved and rolled back.
Is ChangeGate another agent platform?
No. ChangeGate does not build or host agents. It provides the release and approval layer for agents you already run.
What counts as a "critical change"?
Any change that widens permissions, adds tools, or alters the agent's access to data or storage is treated as critical and requires explicit approval.
How does rollback work?
Every release is stored as a versioned diff, so a bad change can be reverted to the previous version rather than manually undone.
What does the open source CLI cover?
The CLI provides the core diff, regression test and rollback workflow for teams that want to run it themselves. The Cloud and Enterprise offerings add managed approval workflows, a shared agent register and EU-hosted infrastructure.
